About C4rr13rX

C4rr13rX publishes a continuously curated Human Trafficking Watch, interactive courses on hacking, electronics, Russian, and math, and an in-browser white-hat hacker lab (CxOS). The trafficking dispatches are produced by an automated citation-first pipeline that links every claim back to the news reports it draws from. The courses, the lab, and the site itself are hand-built by one operator.

How the news pipeline actually works

  • Automated, citation-first. The trafficking dispatches are produced by a scheduled pipeline that pulls a curated set of news feeds, extracts structured facts (people, locations, named groups, dates) with GPT-5-mini, groups items that share specific entities into one dispatch, and writes the dispatch with GPT-5. Every dispatch ships with the full list of source URLs it drew from. Nothing is republished verbatim.
  • Consolidation, not multiplication. Five outlets covering the same indictment become one dispatch citing all five. Items that don't bundle with anything else go to a deferred queue and rejoin the next run rather than being published as one-off singletons.
  • Validation before publish. Each draft runs through a validator that checks the prose against the cited sources. Drafts that hallucinate names or facts are rejected; the items return to the queue.
  • Bounded scope. Trafficking criminal cases, indictments, convictions, policy + survivor coverage. No opinion columns; no political takes that aren't already in the source reports.
  • Open about being automated. The editorial work happens at source-selection, schema, and prompt level. The trust signal is the citations themselves — they go to the real reports the dispatch summarized.

How the site is funded

Revenue: paid subscriptions to the Russian and math courses (and other premium learning material), plus AdSense on editorial pages. No corporate sponsor, no PR relationship, no venture funding, no payment-for-coverage. Paid tiers unlock courses and tooling, never coverage decisions.
